My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were in need of some serious rescuing, but mine was sweet, too. It was very clean with a large bathroom, a well-stocked kitchenette, and two double beds in one of the older buildings by the water. The newer building provided better views but was in decent shape; a little worn. The service was mostly great, but unfortunately, there was an incident where our car drove off with my son's bag, including cash and bank cards almost running him over. The entertainment from the staff, however, was entertaining. The location varied from being in front of a video game, nice but with little chair use, clean, and posh, to being a disaster every morning. The facilities were adequate for a rating of 7/10, falling slightly below perfection due to some areas needing attention.

Staying at this hotel at the end of the building was a convenient stop on a long car trip to catch some rest before hitting the road again. The rooms, although in need of refreshing and light maintenance, were spacious, clean, and well taken care of every day. The service, especially from Alberto at Dreams, was amazing, with every staff member going out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is superb, offering beautiful nightly shows and a soft sand beach with gentle waves perfect for swimming. The dining experience, particularly at 'The Grill', was top-notch, despite a long wait at the buffet. Overall, a value-for-money option with some areas for improvement.
